Safe-T Hydro was formed in 1993 and is a subsidiary of Hydro, Inc., the largest independent pump rebuilder in North America. Located near Vancouver, B. C., Canada, Safe-T Hydro is capable of providing rapid response services for mechanical seals to most locations throughout North America.

The staff at Safe-T Hydro understands the many product histories, attributes and subtle design changes of mechanical seals and seal monitoring equipment over the years. With this amount of knowledge, experience, and skill, we are dedicated to offering the highest degree of quality service and support, as well as advancements in product design for mechanical seals.

Safe-T Hydro has originated or advanced the following product designs:

• Ingersoll Rand Screen & Knotter Seals
• Sunds SMB Mixer Seals (SE2-75 & 85 C/W Parts)
• Improvements to the Sunds L-46 Refiner Seal
• Established the first ANSI Single & Double Seals for Safematic
• Designed double cartridge seal complete with sleeve for Bingham CF and CFO pumps
• Improvements to the Safematic SEW Seals for Ahlstrom Pumps
